Terms and Process for Hiring an Executive Assistant through the School of Service

Terms:

1. Eligibility:

• Employers must be high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), executives, or organizations seeking top-tier administrative support.

• The position should align with the School of Service’s ethos of excellence and professionalism.

2. Candidate Qualification:

• All executive assistants from the School of Service are certified and trained in high-level administrative skills, confidentiality, time management, and decision-making.

• Candidates must have completed the full training curriculum and internship requirements.

3. Contractual Agreement:

• Employers and hired executive assistants will sign a mutually binding contract, facilitated by the School of Service.

• The School of Service provides a standard framework to ensure fairness in compensation, working hours, and benefits.

4. Placement Fee:

• A non-refundable placement fee is required for accessing the School of Service talent pool.

5. Performance Monitoring:

• The School of Service conducts periodic performance reviews of the placed executive assistants to ensure excellence.

Process:

1. Needs Assessment:

• Prospective employers complete a detailed hiring form to outline their specific needs, preferences, and role expectations.

2. Matching and Shortlisting:

• The School of Service matches candidates from its pool of certified executive assistants based on the employer’s requirements.

• A shortlist of three to five candidates is presented to the employer.

3. Interviews and Selection:

• Employers conduct interviews with the shortlisted candidates (virtual or in-person).

• The School of Service provides guidance and tools to assist in the interview process.

4. Onboarding and Orientation:

• Once a candidate is selected, the School of Service facilitates the onboarding process, including orientation for the employer and executive assistant to ensure role clarity and smooth integration.

5. Post-Hire Support:

• Employers and executive assistants receive ongoing support from the School of Service, including performance optimization sessions and conflict resolution assistance if needed.

6. Review and Feedback:

• Employers are required to provide feedback on the executive assistant’s performance, which contributes to the School’s continuous improvement process.
