PENNY SIMMONS is in the ‘Feel Good’ business as Founder, President & CEO of Penny Loafers Shoe Shine Company Inc., a chain of upscale shoe shine kiosks in Toronto’s PATH, also serving at special events in Toronto and beyond such as cocktail parties, golf tournaments and trade shows as sponsored by a primarily blue chip list of more than 120 corporate clients, venues and associations.  Prior to this, Penny had a long history in the hospitality industry, employed in various front line roles at hotels in and outside of Toronto, also running her own catering business part-time for 20 years, to include a business that she started in her early teens cooking and waitressing at house parties.
The International School of Service & Hospitality team is a professional group of industry experts who are focused on providing training and consulting to the hospitality and service industries using client focused, proactive, innovative approaches in planning, developing and delivering services.

DAWN WINDSOR is the founding President of Windsor Virtual Office Solutions, an internationally recognized company leading in the field of Virtual Office Administration services.  Windsor VOS is also a logistics management organization, specializing in time management and productivity. 

As the International School of Services' Special Event Consultant Dawn brings forward over 15 years of professional organizing, event planning and superior customer service skills to this panel of experts.
LEWENA BAYER is the Executive Director of the Center for Organizational Competence. She is a trained Cultural Competence Assessor and Canadian Culture & Communications facilitator who is nationally recognized as Canada's leading expert on civility at work.

Lew was the co-founder of The Civility Group Inc. in 1999 and she has been training and speaking professionally for 10 years. Lew is also a 6-time published author and national columnist. Lew is a graduate of McGill University, who is also a seasoned faculty member of the Canadian Management Center and most recently Lew has joined the faculty of Georgetown University. Lew was named Manitoba's Woman Entrepreneur of the Year for 2008; International Trade.
